Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all coaching sessions booked with RJ Goalkeeping Academy. By booking a session, you agree to them. Where the keeper is under 18, the parent or guardian who books accepts these terms on their behalf.

Bookings and payment

• Prices are confirmed when you enquire. Sessions are paid for by bank transfer.
• A place is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours notice to rearrange at no cost. Late cancellations may be charged in full.
• If we cancel a session, for example because of weather or pitch availability, we'll offer another date or a refund for that session.

Health and safety

• Tell us about any injury, medical condition or additional needs before the first session and whenever anything changes.
• Keepers should wear gloves and footwear suited to the surface, and bring water.
• Goalkeeping involves diving and contact with the ball. We coach safely and follow good practice, but some risk of injury is part of the sport.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for keepers under 18 before and after the session. Parents or guardians of younger keepers must stay on site for the whole session.

Safeguarding and conduct

We follow FA safeguarding guidance. We expect respectful behaviour from keepers and parents, and may end a booking if that expectation isn't met.

Photos and video

We sometimes film sessions for coaching feedback. We only share photos or video publicly with a parent or guardian's consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. We aren't responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged at sessions.
